Key Responsibilities:
- Lead spatial concept design and interior schematics for luxury commercial & hospitality projects.
- Coordinate design presentations, mood boards, material selection, and 3D modeling pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with clients, MEP engineers, contractors, and junior design staff.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture / Interior Design from reputable university.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant project experience in high-end hospitality or commercial spaces.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/3dsMax, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong presentation and leadership skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-fidelity photorealistic 3D interior renderings, lighting studies, and architectural visualizations.
- Model bespoke furniture, custom joinery details, and complex parametric surfaces.
- Work alongside design leads to translate sketches and AutoCAD plans into realistic CG visuals.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end realistic interior rendering and lighting expertise.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max + Corona / V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
- Deep understanding of realistic material shaders, texture mapping, and atmospheric lighting.
